A BHAG is defined by Collins as ‘a powerful way to stimulate progress. A BHAG is clear & compelling, needing little explanation; people get it right away’. It is a goal that is so big it almost feels impossible. And yet, somehow it inspires those around it to dig in and try to achieve it.
Why is this so important? It translates a vision into something tangible, into something that can be broken down into steps and objectives that will ultimately move you forward.
