A Value Mindset

With the current circumstances around the world weighing heavy on many people I have found myself asking where we are going to be in 5 years.
This is a question that can be full of hope or full of a heaviness, but we get to make the choice, every day, on what our mindset is going to be.
At Integrity Software we place the emphasis on Value. What is the value we bring to our clients, our team, our community, and our country? This is the mindset we take on every decision we make, and it is the mindset we use to frame where we are going to be in 5 years.

Some questions I often ask are:

• How can we ensure we are adding value every day?
• What is your mindset today? Is it value-centric?
• Where have you slipped out of a value mindset from your tasks?

Making sure all decisions are not just based on Value but are also values based directs us towards the path we want to be on, and it shows us where we have naturally drifted from our core purpose.
